The most common complaint at my dental office this week was, “All my teeth hurt” or “My jaw hurts”. The diagnosis: TMJ pain brought on by Holiday Stress!! We gets so overwhelmed by holiday obligations that we are grinding are teeth away.
It is time to think about ways to simplify your holidays. Allow yourself to do less and enjoy more. It is ok to say, “no”. It is ok to delegate.
Take care if yourself. Find time to do what refreshes and revives you. Do what brings you joy.
“Be kind for everyone is fighting a hard battle.” Be slow to judge. Be less critical of your family. Most importantly, be thankful and loving. Don’t forget that is the point of the season.
